Calling all IR-ians, we planned to have a simple gathering set on 20th December 2009 @ 10am...
The activities can be short discussions, garden tours, house visit, etc...
And take lunch together as planned may around Kota Kemuning, do share the a...
i think the piece of partition come cabinet's pretty much's an ID's job...
so should try getting an ID fella to quote on that...
About the air flow i think it should be ok..
Just install aircond at both floor..
Just want to know about the price...

I had the same idea for the staircase too. I heard my friend told me it's very pricey at least 5 - 6K. I am not too sure also.
totally love the all white modern contemporary design. but surely it cost a lot ... : (
OMG~! Wah your neighbours all so dramatic la bro.
Worst case you can have is bad neighbors to start you day off. This too happens to my friend who is living at Bayu Indah, KU. Parking issues.
Hopefully there won't be this kind of issues arising ...

but environment caused my family old house no value at all... sigh...
want to sell the old house also rugi lo...

Provission shops, Restaurants, 7-11, McD & etc...
