if the land is sinking could be its not settled yet....sometime takes years before it settles.....i also heard that the land KU westis built on is with additional land filing to prevent flooding.
could be another reason it is sinking.....howev…
IR4 I think slow cause of nearby factories. I was on the bukit rimau flyover facing IR yesterday And noticed fumes from nearby factory blowing towards ir. Not sure what kind of factory. My loan for IR3 approved but my house 48 32/143A facing perimet…
Yes if you travel along kesas starting from summit usj towards klang your will notice at least 4 pylon towers running across . the one at usj being the worse and the one before bdr puteri the least problematic :-) :-) :-)
Yup great satellie image is it from google :-) anyways i just hope the distance between IR2 and the pylon both across the highway and on the KU WEST side exceeds the limit specified although the house i booked is towards guard house facing the perim…
