ahh izzit?...that i really not sure... but since u mentioned RM100++ per lighting point..i doubt its included in the paramount-offered package... hmm

I'm not sure wat sort of automation u meant.... Izzit the one about programming your lights/other electrical appliances to be on and off?
about alarm reporting thru the landline, i think its part of the package but not the CMS service.....

Yeah I was thinking of the cars flying in due to the interchange is elevated :D
1. factories... no doubt, there are a factory or two across the road from the IE/IR precincts... but so far, they seem to be rather least of a problem except for a lil' sight for sore eyes...
2. low cost apt... not sure if the KU township plan in...
