lol....hmm....depending also la...ppl pay more than 300k for the house and get the imperfect condition house for sure "pain" in the heart. I am currently staying in an old partment (about 30 yr old d) not even see any hairline cracks....maybe apar...
where is here? extension area of 5ft land at back - ground floor?
you have done the extension for ground floor only or together with 1st floor? Could I know your rough expenses to do all these reno and extension?

Looks like you have already joined your Indah Residence community group, hope you joining up your community residents and having a blast of a time..
Anyway we got a whole lot of online activities which might be of interest to you and your family members. Our Chatz Rooms are just WILD !... and our Forumz corner are pretty active in our K.U.C. Main & the respective Community Residence groups... Do participate actively in the forum, you will be surprise with the response and the sharing between our neighbourhood buddies..
There is also a dedicated forum under the category of "Resident '4' Residents", where by we encourage Residents to post up at the classifieds those who would be able to provide any services of interest or in need which might be useful for K.U.C. residents... Click here to check that out...
We have also encouraged resident members who are active bloggers, online socialites and also for anyone who just have a very cool sense of personal journalistic and photography skills...
