from the looks of it...at the moment..i dun think the access to the only factory across the street from the IR precinct is at Jalan Kemuning Prima...most probably the access at the other side... so hopefully that doesn't affect the traffic...
Have you guys think of the industries area in front of Indah residence 2 ? will out safety be affected?
well, if that's the fact then it's good, if not there will be jamm at traffic light there ....
I do hope that they will open a different entrance and exit to our area. The traffic light near BHP go out of order so often, its annoying.
I think we need to call Cawangan Trafik , but if you are new here then becareful even if our side is Green, there will be cars and motobike pass by so pay extra attention and don't speed if you are entering or exit from KU
Good idea! and I thought that traffic light is too small to cope with the potential many many more traffic once IR is handovered.
Errr... I think KU East is doing just fine. At least, we are spared the through traffic resulting from the development. Moreover, I am quite happy with the KK commercial area for my daily needs. Moreover, KU East is the "green" side and that is OK...
this is not within out control anyway ... let's hope for the best .... :)

pros and cons...
pros - convenience of a hypermarket for weekend groceries...
cons - giant tend to pull some real nasty crowd (at times)...at least from how i see the subang and bukit tinggi ones...:P
rybody is saying that hypermarket such as Giant coming to KU is great, so I just kept quiet all this while...
actually I would prefer all these to be not too near...as for me I don't mind drive to Subang for groceries...
what i need is a peacefu...
serious ? worrying that the Giant will caused our environment getting worse...

Yes, i spoke to one of the Paramount sales officer, there is a GIANT coming soon @ that area.
the small land beside the KU shop lot...
its a convenience to everyone indeed..
haha let's hope the place to get jammed up before the value actually shoots up...hahaha j/k

Got to know from Paramount Site Supervisor that the piece of empty land right in front of the shop lots has been sold to Giant. So it seems like Giant will be building a hypermarket there. Anyone heard about it....
