hence there have a new road construction (on the junction of Bukit Rimau) from IE and IR which can direct into KESAS without going thru tmn sri muda traffic and share the traffic with kampung jaw...

Agree with u.. Setia Alam, Putra Height and also Kinrara.. all of them are expensive, the cheapest around 380K..but sold out.. and not gated..
Alam Impian is cheap around 320K, sqf bigger than IR but in the middle of nowhere pulak..and not gated....
You need to inform KU if there are any faulties on the house.. I think since you got the keys they will fix it immediately.. I was told during signing the S&P, you have 1 - 2 weeks after receiving the keys to inspect the house for faulties.. There...
