SC manage to offer BLR-2.3? But when i apply is BLR = 6.5, SC able to offer me BLR-2.1 only.
With BLR-2.3 any additional T&C? Like longer bond period, or applicable for firs...

Oic... I think at that time BLR can go until -2.4 for some bank...
But in long run Fix rate maybe got the advantage also... For sure BLR will not stay at this level for long time...
Some bank really slow... i apply MBB i keep mention to that offic...

i agree with place... like me also get as many as possible...
then when the bank u like cant offer u the good rate then u may nego with them and say why XXX bank can give me this rate y u cannot...
normally they can help you to fight...
yes i took the loan from Ronnie... He really provide very good service and so friendly...
when u sign the loan offer letter? Why he ask u take fixed rate?
he never ask me to sign for that... maybe when the time you loan economy still very good and...

When one month pass PBB is the best rate among all the bank i apply like MBB, HSBC, OCBC, alliance, CIMB, Standard Charted...
But now BLR drop a lot so i am not sure will PBB still give good rate or not...
And MBB now is doing some pro...
this is good news to those already start to pay the loan... when the time i start to pay my loan for sure the BLR already increase...
is really nice design... too bad i don't have so much money to do this kind of design...
yes MLTA is work like life insurance, u might add on some rider...
for my case they ask me to sign a document, related to if anythings happen bank will not responsible due to i not take the MRTA... something like this i also forgot the details of ...
for my case i ask banker to do exception on my MRTA then i take MLTA or maybe life insurance from outside...
so if i finish pay my loan, it will use as life insurance... somebody suggest me to take the investment link... around rm100 per month... ...
I not sure u all heard abt mlta or not... thats mean the insurance is follow the person not the house... like if u bought the 2nd house and u sell the current house then the insurance will cover the 2nd house... so not rugi loh and no need to buy ...
