I remembered seeing the our contractor insert some metal/steel on ground before putting up the concrete cement wall.

But according to the developer, the liability is only 'if' the hse is not renovated. Once it renovated, the the liability is no longer valid.

Please print them as much as you can (from your office printer or photostat machines) and circulate them accordingly, a few suggestive spots like ; Guard houses at individual gated community; Showhouses (currently Indah residence) ; Kota Kemuning shops - eg. Provission shops, Restaurants, 7-11, McD & etc...
