Its always nice top make dry kitchen as dining area therefore you will have bigger space at living area. when you do the extension, you must have a approval from MBSA. MBSA takes only one day for them to approve since they have the standard forms for us to fill up. We extended the ground floor with the first floor together.

you have done the extension for ground floor only or together with 1st floor? Could I know your rough expenses to do all these reno and extension?

Oh yes, I have another 14 pictures to upload. Its take too long to load. Well I have extended to the maximum by using the extra land. Dry kitchen moved to wet kitchen and new extended area became wet kitchen.

ohh nice....u move ur dining to the dry kitchen? then wat happen to ur dry kitchen?
