As my gil fren told me that our dream house at Prima Impian is almost completed now and is allow to let the owner to visit their respective house. I wil have a visit next week and check out whether the finishing as good as the sample house. afraid ....... Heard a lot of friend's experience that their developer bankrupt as they still need to pay bank payment. Sad story for all malaysian. How much time still we need to wait for our key? As I booked our house, the sales person mentioned this year end we will get the key.
Hi Tom tee, your house is going to be handovered....why you still scare developer bankrupt? lol..Paramount so far doing its job well...no need to worry.....lol
wondering why u worry paramount will bankrupt since ur house completed ???
even though Paramount bankrupted and this project handover to other developer, the new developer no need to do arrangement for construction ... they just need spend little efforts for the handover procedures only...
tell your gf that if purchase from unknown developer may have the risks there, and always do check with check with developer financial background to ensure healthy all the time... the reasons i buy KU house is because they have very good payment master...
hence, North area also have projects for Paramount which may bigger than KU, if the north part facing close down, definitely will effect KU... but so far never heard any news from north part...
anyway u can join your "Prima Impian Community" and we can do further discussion there... =)
Well, the handover date of the property should be based on your SPA....and yes, its written in there.
Developer would hold the completed property for CF inspection prior to the handover.... as it is part of the regulations to have the CF approved b4 handing over the property to the purchaser.
congratulations Tom,
u dont have to worry about anything as it is fully completed.. u should be getting keys very soon.. if fact u must start your moving-in plans right now... hahaha.. good day..
yup Tom, im sure u got ur key d.....i got mine last week d....now, u should put ur attention to ur house for defects instead of worry of paramount......
Agree with you, Crystal. Now so worry about the defects leh....Hope it is not so bad as mentioned by Thivar. Developer seem finish our project in rush. So many other future projects in hand, I think.
im going for inspection again tis Sat..along with the paramount's representative tis time...but, i think u shouldn't be too worry on the defects as not all units are bad...i found mine is fine overall...despite the minor defetcs like that entrance door-gap between door n frame is too wide till i think the door lock just slighly hooked once locked...will ask paramount to fix the door for me....other than tat like the painting or etc, i think is not a problem as i believe most ppl will engage contractor to repaint house rite...
maybe i din put too high expectation when do inspection...but compare to wat i saw earlier n some other projects by other developers n my previous property at KL, oso quite bad...even my cousin bro's unit at Setxx Alxm...(not the hi end like ecopark)...u even can see sme part of wall is uneven...more scary.....
for me, more attention needed when the renovation n deco start the time...tats u really have to open ur eyes wide to make sure they do a nice job with lesser follow up later.......
Hi guys^^ Finally got the key... As mention by Crystal... I found my house quite satisfied... Next week for inspection.. Hope can start the renovation as fast as possible... Perhaps before next year can be moved in will be great... Do you guys plan to pay for the service they offer on the guarded?
How come i also don't know ler?? I thought the paramount just distribute us the leaflet of the proposed security guarded services they currently engage for IE & IR. If we would like to hire the same security guard services, then we can check on the total charges by that supplier, then we need to check with each of the resident if everyone agree on the monthly fees before we engage the service ler.
There are 2 problems here:
-density in PI is low, only 117 units, hence we need to pay higher monthly fees and not all will agree on this.
-it will take times as not really many residents got their keys n move in so soon, we need lots of discussion with all residents.
Sorry about my previous statement... Crustal was right they just distributed the leaflet... I just put aside without go through it... The reason I said that because saw ppl guarded our housing area.
