News for sharing: Ikea sells Shah Alam warehouse

Sources indicated that the Ikea warehouse beside Kesas highway has been sold off.

East - Summit / Sunway Pyramid / IOI Mall / etc - less then 10KM
West - Bukit Tinggi Aeon Mall (Biggest is Asia) - less then 10KM
Shah Alam Town (vicinity of Sultan Salahuddin Abdul Aziz Mosque) - Many Malls in the area - less then 6KM

NEAREST - Seksyen 18 Town (opposite of Seksyen 24) with Giant and a Mall (bowling) - less then 5km - This is where I normally go for a quick but and chill out... (And its on the way to the Shah Alam - Express bus-station (Seksyen 17) )...

but am still of the opinion that a mall just within the area itself will make the place more self-sustaining and bring 'ong' to the place, in short, i am of the opinion that it brings more pros than cons. Of course there are individuals who prefer to live in 'hotter spot' and some others prefer the more peaceful spot. Again, that depends on how an individual views it.; ▶ Reply to This
