Welcome to Kemuning Utama Community. Our residential communities & city center is a development by Paramount Corporation. Strategically located in Shah Alam, beside KESAS Highway (Lebuhraya Shah Alam) and inbetween Kota Kemuning & Sri Muda. Our community comprising of several residential in both East precincts ( Bayu Elite, Bayu Classic, Permai, & Palma ) and West presinct ( Indah Elite, Indah Residence, Prima Impian & more to come with its township (KUCC), hypermart, schools, apartments and shopping areas which are in progress.We hope that our Kemuning Utama community portal would foster closer relationships amongst all the residents of Kemuning Utama and their communities within thru their community groups which has been set up by their respective community representatives. Our Residents'4'Residents portals are a platform for residents to share & contribute to to each other in their respective ways. Most importantly KUC portal is a platform where our residents speak with one voice on issues of importance in order to gain impact, greater acceptance, and avert confusion. And to forge better understanding and communications with the government agencies, MBSA and others, regarding issues related to residents of Kemuning Utama. Our members whom are residents & owner are very resourceful & of great assistance. With more members signing up daily, it will certainly ensure that their respective Association are more represented, and therefore more effective in the achievement of its aims and objectives collectively as a Kemuning Utama Community and Residents at whole.
Therefore we would like to call out all the residents & owners of Kemuning Utama residential & business owners to become a part of our community portal.
